Green Sand

Green sand can be used as infill in artificial lawns, playgrounds, and putting greens. It has a special coating which includes Zinc Omadine™ ZOE™ Antimicrobial to help prevent the growth of bacteria, mold, and mildew. This infill is less abrasive then other infills due to its round shape. It helps keep turf blades standing up and prevents damage to the blades as well. Vinyl coating encapsulates dust. Zinc Omadine™ and ZOE™ prevent bacteria, mold, and mildew.

Zeodorizer

Zeodorizer has been proven to neutralize, trap, and remove odors and bacteria from animal waste, not just ”mask” them. This infill has significantly less fine dust than the leading competitors and will keep odors away longer as well. Spread 1-2 pounds per square foot for small dogs and 2-3 pounds per square foot for large or multiple dogs.

Staples

5 inch staples are great for supporting seams during artificial turf installation. They are used in most professional artificial grass installations along with seam tape and polyurethane glue.

Seam Tape

Seam tape is made of a 5-oz spunbond polyester with high tensile, tear, and puncture strength. It is available as one side coated or uncoated. The coated seam tape has a very thin layer of film that provides vapor barrier to one side. The vapor barrier or coating prevents adhesive from bleeding through seam tape but allows fiber web to become fully saturated to get maximum mechanical bonding with backing of synthetic turf.

Our pads are a shock and drainage pad for the playground market using recycled cross-linked polyethylene foam to create a soft yet stable playing surface. The pad is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications with a 4 feet x 5 feet panel size. It's also available in 1 inch or 2 inch.
